She is started her career as a Lecturer in Commerce at Helen Keller’s Institute, where she has been consistently contributing to undergraduate education to hearing impaired students. Responsible for teaching core Commerce subjects, preparing lesson plans, and ensuring effective curriculum delivery aligned with academic standards. Actively she engages students through interactive teaching methodologies, fostering better understanding and academic performance. She also involved in academic planning, student mentoring, and evaluation processes including assignments, tests, and examinations.

Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications, with the ability to integrate technology into teaching practices to prepare teaching materials, presentations, and maintain academic records. Demonstrates commitment to inclusive education by leveraging her background in Special Education (Hearing Impairment) to support diverse learning needs.
