She is working as a Associate Professor in Commerce in Helen Keller’s Institute since 2012. To prepare visual based teaching aids, Study Material like (Concept Based Material Ex: Power point presentations, Charts, Flash Cards etc.) to students with Hearing impairment. She is doing constantly research on Teaching Techniques to teach students with Hearing Impairment.
Attended Faculty Development programs and workshops like (Tally ERP 9, GST, Research Methodology) conducted by Osmania University and participated in CRE programmes and workshops in the area of Special Education.
She teaches commerce subjects to B.Com (Gen & CA) students with hearing impairment. Actively she engage students for competitive exams guidance, student mentoring, she plays key role in all Academic and Sports (Games, doing Activities, Job guidance, how to use new Technologies)
Successfully completed two batches of Skill Development Program (Information Technology & Retail sector, Multimedia, Communication Skills) for students with Hearing Impairment.
